Empowering U was established in 2014 to provide high-quality, diverse services to individuals in the health and social care sectors, across two distinct yet complementary service areas. Empowering U Case Management offers expert client-centred case management services across the UK and Empowering U Complex Care delivers bespoke care packages for individuals with complex care needs.

Brief

Our brief was to advise on how to make the marketing of both services areas more cohesive, having previously operated separate websites and social media channels for each service. Work began on the Case Management side, developing a full marketing strategy and communications plan. The Tree of Life symbol, synonymous with the brand came to the forefront of all of the visuals, and content was developed to bring the people of the business into the spotlight. The next phase was the website development, aimed to bring both service areas into one modern fresh-looking site that was easy to navigate for the end user.

What we did

Developed a strategy on how to build the online presence of the case management services including content creation, graphic creation and video.
Developed a strategy to build the awareness of the team through the attendance of industry events, conferences and collaborative webinars. This helped to bring their experts to the forefront of the marketing efforts.
Launched a stunning new cohesive website combining both service areas in December 2024, using social media and PR to launch the brand in the case management, personal injury, legal and healthcare sectors.
Copywriting: website articles and news, staff bio’s and marketing materials created on an ongoing basis in line with company aims
Branded merchandise created for events and conferences
Social Media management which has driven increased following and engagement across all platforms
