Venue scoping
Finding the right venue to hold your event can be daunting, but our experienced team will identify and negotiate with suitable venues to ensure you select the right venue for your event.
Event Management
Scala will liaise with external speakers, sponsors and exhibitors on the run up to the event to ensure smooth running on the day. For social events that require entertainment, we can research and scope out various options to ensure you create a memorable experience for your guests.
On the day, we will be in attendance to ensure the smooth running of your event, and will act as a point of contact for you and the venue team.
Marketing your event
Our graphic designers will create eye-catching marketing material for your event (digital and in print), including invitations, and conference materials. Using your social media channels we can help to create a buzz around your event too!
