Founded in 2019 by Lauren McCluskey, an experienced Occupational Therapist, COTA is based in Lancashire and extends specialised rehabilitation support across the UK. With over two decades of expertise in rehabilitation, COTA develops tailored, clinically evidenced rehabilitation plans to meet each client's unique needs and goals. COTA have a particular emphasis on individuals affected by complex orthopaedic injuries and amputations.

Brief

Our brief was to advise on a new brand identity and website development, PR and Social Media support for LMC Case Management. Scala was engaged by Lauren McCluskey to oversee the rebranding of LMC Case Management to COTA Case Management to not only modernise the brand and website, but to create something that aligned more closely with the specialist services they offer in the field of complex orthopaedic injuries and amputations.

What we did

Developed a new company name, brand identity and logo. COTA stands for Complex Orthopaedic Trauma and Amputation. By creatively used the initials of their core service the company now has a modern new name that outlines perfectly with the core services of the business.
Launched a stunning new website and brand identity in June 2024, using social media and PR to launch the brand in the case management, personal injury, legal and healthcare sectors.
