Scala

Scala has welcomed a new marketing executive to their team following a period of rapid growth. To support this continued growth, Ben Sollitt has joined the experienced team to add further legal marketing expertise to Scala.

Over the past two years, Scala has implemented a business plan that has seen them secure several new high-profile clients and increase visibility in the legal sector, particularly the injury law market. Turnover during this period has increased by 111%, and profits have been reinvested back into the company on new staff hires, internal training, marketing, and expansion of services.

Moving forward, Ben will be supporting our expanding client base with a range of marketing needs and more.

Managing Director Natalie Rodgers says, “We are thrilled to welcome Ben to our close-knit team. His first-class degree qualification in Business Management and Marketing, together with his sector experience, makes him a perfect fit for the business as we continue to grow.”

Ben added, “I’m delighted to have joined Scala and can’t wait to get going. This role is a perfect fit for my development as a marketer, as I’ll be working on a range of projects with clients. I can also bring further value through my experience working in Irwin Mitchell’s marketing team.

This all comes after Scala’s secured several prestigious award wins in 2023 for their work, including ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’ at the Personal Injury Awards and ‘Specialist PR Consultancy of the Year’ at the awarded Mark of Excellence International Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Awards. In 2024, Scala has also been shortlisted at the Legal 500 Legal Business Awards for Marketing Initiative of the Year. These awards recognised Scala’s ability to create PR and marketing campaigns that strike a chord and connect with people and policymakers.

Natalie Rodgers, a non-practising solicitor and managing director, founded Scala in 2009 and advises in some of the country’s most high-profile legal cases.
