The Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers (SCIL) is a member only organisation for specialist claimant solicitor firms that are dedicated to the field of clinical negligence.

Brief

Having previously worked with the SCIL executive committee to support their annual member-only conference in 2023. Following the success of the event and the relationship developed between SCIL and Scala, the brief was the provide comprehensive event management and support for their 2024 member-only annual conference.

What we did

Comprising 80+ member firms, the Society of Clinical Injury Lawyers holds strong values of justice, representation, advocation, and works to support the rights of clinical injury lawyers. Following their member-only annual conference in 2023, the SCIL executive committee provided Scala with the brief of comprehensive event management of their 2024 annual conference.

  • Social media management: X (Formerly Twitter).
  • Graphic design services including: the event programme, social media graphics, delegate and exhibitor booking and registration forms, event holding screens, and content for digital screens.  
  • Full event management: Arranging and liasing with speakers, exhibitors, the venue, and the SCIL executive committee; supporting the SCIL executive committee to create a programme, managing event emails, and administration including registration of exhibitors, speakers and delegates.
