We’re recruiting for an Account Manager

Due to a growing client base and ambitious business plans, we are recruiting for a senior role - Account Manager - to join our happy team.

This role would suit someone who has experience of working in the field of law or companies working in the wider personal injury and clinical negligence sector.

What will I be doing?

In this newly created role, you will manage a portfolio of our key client accounts, helping to promote and raise brand awareness and visibility to their target audiences.

You will be working closely with the Client Director and Managing Director to project manage and create best in class digital marketing communications, using the full mix of marketing tactics.

You will be the key to shaping your client’s reputation and profile, so we need someone with seasoned knowledge and skills to deliver the following:

• Daily point of contact for clients under your remit
• Produce marketing communications strategies and tactical plans for campaigns
• Review and identify key industry insights, news and PR angles
• Content and article writing for websites, social media, articles, blogs and videos
• Producing social media timetables, strategy and content
• Working knowledge of analytics and ROI reporting
• Representing Scala at industry events, webinars and meetings
• Event management and organisation
• Awards writing and submissions
• Creating brand visuals and assets for social media with the Digital Marketing Executive
• Developing monthly reports, liaising and updating clients on PR activities
• Fulfilling the client’s key performance indicators 
• Working closely with MD and Client Director on growing the business

Key Skills:

• High level of communication skills – presentation, verbal, written and visual
• Highly personable individual, able to liaise confidently with clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
• Strong project management skills
• A passion for creating stand-out creative content and visuals
• A flair for creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
• Good legal industry knowledge and it’s language
• Excellent IT and computer prowess

What’s on offer?

Full time role – 37 hours per week

Salary – Negotiable based on experience
