Sarah Tipton Walker sits within the Clinical Negligence department, which is based at Switalskis Huddersfield office, where she leads a team of expert lawyers. Sarah’s appointment comes at a time of expansion for the firm in Huddersfield, as Switalskis has recently secured high-end premises in the town centre in order meet increasing demands for space due to the growth of its expert teams.

Whilst Sarah deals with a wide variety of Clinical Negligence cases, she has a particular interest in nerve injury and brain injury claims.
Sarah has been a member of Switalskis Clinical Negligence team since February 2010. With more than 15 years’ experience in personal injury, Sarah has a long and consistent track record of successfully representing clients in complex and high value clinical negligence cases.
Switalskis’ specialist Clinical Negligence claims department has gone from strength to strength in recent years, with the team being shortlisted in the prestigious Law Society Excellence Awards 2016 in the Dispute Resolution category. Department Head, Suzanne Munroe, has also recently been announced as a finalist in this year’s national Personal Injury awards. Winners of both awards will be announced in October.
