Redundancy Management
Unfortunately in the current climate redundancy has become an all too common scenario. We can assist by providing advice for recruiting the Employee Representative and practical assistance with redundancy selection and any compulsory redundancy dismissals.

Grievance/Disciplinary Management

Absence Management
