We can undertake a comprehensive review of all your existing HR documentation to ensure that it is in line with current legislation. We will review your contracts of employment, employee handbooks, policies and procedures and provide you with a written report of our recommendations.
We will consider what updates are required as well as recommend other documentation which may currently be missing.
Our HR audit is available for a fixed fee of £250 + VAT. This will include an initial on site consultation and a written report setting out our recommendations.
Our review can also include analysis of your current appraisal and performance management processes. If necessary we can devise and help you implement a new approach to performance management, such as the introduction of performance measurements and analysis of training needs.
